The aroma is complex and expressive, revealing wild rose, dried apricot, honey, and tropical fruit. This wine stands out for its ancient winemaking technique — spontaneous fermentation, 6 months of skin maceration, and 5 months of oak ageing. Full-bodied and harmonious, with soft tannins and a long finish, this wine offers excellent ageing potential.
